Add some vinyls, paint, window tint, 24" rims, shift light, 1500 watt stereo, lower it, install 4" exhaust tips, and now you have a serious machine, like maybe 450 hp. And you can brag that you put 20 g's into your ride.

Tuner/Import/Ricer culture just annoys the hell outta me. I watched parts of 2 fast 2 furrious over the weekend. At one point the two heros are in a pink slip, down and back race against a Yenko Camaro and a 1970 Challenger. The one guy in the evo says "Man, that hemi gotta be puttin down over 425. No way we can beat that, better save the noz for the trip back" or words to that effect. I couldn't help but laugh.

Oh by the way, I'm 22.

Actually, I can't wait. The retro look, clean bold edges, yessir!! Been waiting for this car since I couldn't afford a decent 1st gen anymore.

I certainly hope an after market emerges with body kits, and light packages, for all those 18-28 year old tuners out there who want to put idiotic wing spoilers and huge "bumblebees in heat" mufflers on on them. I guess "grandpas" like me arent supposed to drive fast or burn out a few tires in a mean looking car without all the joker body attachments. Then everyone will be happy. the only thing I hope is that they can run on fuel created from white and brown rice.

PS- Don't mean to sound like an A$$, but you don't have to be pre- pubescent to enjoy a fast car. Just remember - growing old is mandatory, but growing up is not.
I'm 18 and theres no way in hell I would ever put a after marker spoiler on a Camaro. Factory spoilers only 2\3 inches look the best on all Camaros. Not all of us are into the whole shopping cart handles for wings and lawn mower engines. As far as exhausts go, for me its all about the Flow Masters giving it the low throaty sound. Only thing I may add to the Camaro could possibly be a cowl hood, if and only if it looks factory, and nothing over 2 inches high.

i love the other comment..."and that Yenko will snap a speedo in 5 seconds" lol then where tyrese is revvin his lil weedeater with a big grin on his face and the guy in the Challenger just revs his and the whole car shudders from the force. lol

not everyone likes "stock" appearance. tho a lot of things are done to cars distastefully, a lot of us change the looks for asthetics and try to keep it mellow while others just throw crap on a car and call it good.

and flowmaster cat-back's suck. their regular mufflers arent bad, but their systems suck. Loudmouth setups arent bad with stock manifolds but you throw some LT's on there and its nasty raspy. magnaflow is the best bang for the buck, and corsa/borla/gmmg are more top end.
