speaking of retrofitable i wonder if the aero on this is a direct bolt on, love the front lip on the new z28 been looking for a similar aftermarket one as is for the zl1

proabably pretty plug and play but might just be expensive. I like them too but cost might be too much for me.

current zl1 oem isnt bad. my insurance had to replace a passanger rocker and it was only like 120 bucks or something. cant imagine the z28 would be much more unless its carbon fiber

the seats in the z-28 are manual only.. I would bet money if you were willing to give up your heated power actually bolting the seats in if purchased from the bracket up would be a no brainer.. a lot of money and true recaros are not power, just as in the gt500.. im not sure they are that cool.lol prob 2500-3000 for those two seats from gm.

I'm told by our engineering group that yes, you can retro-fit the Recaros -- they have the airbags and sensors in them......but it isn't an inexpensive proposition.

It's like buying a good recliner, you get what you pay for. I'll take 2.

Do the recaros come with suede too?

recaro makes power seats. they are not cheap though. then you have to buy the seat tracks. be about 5.5k.

You will lose your airbags.
