I have to Disagree

I have owned my new 2013 Camaro for (1) month now and from the first day the brakes make a popping sound when applied. I took it in for service and they told me they think it's the Strut mounts but I was told they can't fix it until the Engineers at GM find the actual cause. So I opened a complaint with GM and they pointed back to the dealer. Now there is a bulletin one this issue so that means it's not just me. So beware you maybe waiting a long time once you buy your car before the engineers get off their coffee break and authorize the Dealer to services the issue. I can't tell you have agrvating it is to have a nice new camara with a popping sound when you brake. Still waiting, now the Service Dept at my dealer has an attiddue with me because theya re taking the hit from Corp GM when in fact it's Corp Engineers that are dragging their feet.

To many emoicon to list to show how I feel right now.

I hear you and appreciate your consternation and concern. But I believe the OP was asking about the 2013 tops, no?

How is yours?

My 2013 top flaps in the breeze without the cover but I do not believe it contacts the body.
I just had the car in in Saturday for what I was told a recall on the top, 13113 polished both control link rear eye loops.

Just had this recall done today on my 2013. Only 525 miles so too early to tell but I do notice the top flapping some without the tonneau cover on. Read about the earlier model year's horror stories and sure hope that stuff is behind us!

I'm noticing a fold on the inside near my rear window that wasnt there before. Its either the dealership stretched it out to accomplish the recall or something else is going on.

My 2013 has been in the shop 4 times now and its not quite 6 months old. I still have issues with it, but none are top related except for my comment above. (if it is indeed an issue)
