I'll admit they look good. But they're almost always driven by the douchiest douchers at least in my area.

I hear the Boss 302 is a blast to drive and I agree it's pretty sweet looking! But, there is something about the front end of a GT500 that I think is just so cool.

I have a 13 boss and yes it is a blast to drive. On stock tires (pirellis) traction is not their freind at all but when it does bite watch out it is way quicker than my ls-3. Best part is all forged internals so it is just begging for some form of forced induction. Some of the the mustang forums that i follow have some guys claiming 11.9-11.5 on slicks and skinnies in the 1/4. Dont know this to be true but they claim it.

Perhaps. But in my experience, performance car owners as a whole tend to have a large number of what you call "douchiest douchers". Porsches, M3s, Camaros, Mustangs and the like tend to attract people who want their car to define any lack of self, they themselves have. A powerful car makes them feel special, and they tend to brag about it a lot, bench race more and generally drive with disregard for others around them. Fortunately there are the true enthusiasts, who buy and appreciate these cars, and have the skill, training, experience and common sense to enjoy them at their fullest, on a track.

The Pirelli's need to be warm to be sticky. Otherwise you can break the rear end with even the slightest movement of the go peddle.

I agree 100%, the other day I parked next to a 13' boss, as I was getting out he was getting in and I said "sure is a nice car you have there". He response was looking at my car and saying "yeah yours is alright". Wtf?! I mean have a little respect..

I've stopped and talked to many camaro and challenger owners, all super nice and just respectful of a fellow car enthusiast. Mustang owners on the other hand wont even give anybody the time of day it seems like. I dont know if thats just the ones in my area or not.. and i have a couple friends with mustangs.

Its the exact opposite here. Nothing can beat, and nothing is better then gods gift to car guys (the 5th gen camaro). The V6 kids are the worst! I think you have some in every group that are D bags

I've seen a bone stock boss 302 run a 12.4 at 116 mph. When my car had exhaust, Headers, intake , and a tune my best was 12.7 at 113.5 mph which wasn't enough to beat one. After I cammed my car I was able to run a 12.1 at 118.4 mph. I did race one off a roll and I was able to put a car and a half to 2 cars on it.
