I would add that I would get some clear packing tape and put it over the label for over time it will deteriate and become unreadable when it gets wet from driving in the rain for it is a laser printed label and not silk screened as all the others such as the ones in the door jamb.
Great idea.
I just did that and it looks great!
Thanks

I went to the dealer where I bought mine and they pulled it from the GM site at no cost. They will give you a print out for your records.

I have a sticker on drivers side door on outside where the locking mechanism attaches to the pillar.

Yeah, any dealer can get you your build sheet. It is a pretty cool thing to have. I have to see if there is anything left of that sticker on mine to preserve. I had not read that before as much as I hang out on here. If so, it will get some tape. At least we can save hubby's Camaro's sticker. I'm sure the garage queen's sticker is pristine!

Go to your dealer, give 'em the VIN and ask him to print out a build sheet for your car. Should contain the RPO codes, day, month and year your Camaro was built. I was able to get one for my Saturn SKY Redline. Don't see why it wouldn't apply to the Camaro or any GM vehicle, for that matter..
