They are both the ZL-1 parts. I only have this pic handy because my ZL-1 Stainless Works exhaust won't be here for 2 more weeks and I don't like the butt looking unfinished haha

Had a shop do it. It needs some final adjustments here and there but its the whole ZL-1 bumper assembly, not just the valence.

I would truly stay away from TSW Wheels.. I have had major pitting problems withink 5 months of washing with soap and water... with my Chrome Valencia's and a buddy of mine who are a different finish are pitting as well.. These wheels are NOT manufactured correctly
