How much dud he charged you ? After that is some what will u reccomend to orto my boost at 9?
I paid less than 50 bucks for the 9lb springs... It's not that difficult to swap, but think about it, if you self install, you'r gunna have to load the canned tune... So you hand the new springs to your tuner to install before your custom tune.... Otherwise the canned tune is going to cause problems.... It's set up for the standard wastegate springs...

The kit comes with 5lbs springs, then the fine tuning on the wastegate itself is set to an additional 1.5lbs to hit 6-7 pounds stock. I just got done doing a ton of stuff to my kit and haven't hit the dyno. I installed the 9lbs springs into my car and backed the adjustment on the gates all the way out and my boost was around 10.3 psi. So beware maybe I just got a heavy spring but they might really be about 10 psi springs. As far as the cam goes, I wouldn't waist my time installing a ls9 cam, get a custom spec cam for your car. I got mine specced from Ted at JRE. Unless you have your car smog checked a lot I would forget about carb legal stuff, it will be hard to make power being legal. I would be really nervous trying to make big power with the factory cats since it is a known thing that once you start making big power the cats melt and fall apart. Then they fly through the turbo and you have a real mess. I have my cats gutted on my car. If you do go the big power route meth can get you there along with a bap like mentioned before. I coughed up the cash and am running id-850 injectors and the lpe twin pump, a lot of money but a lot more reliable. Meth is definitely proven but I don't like the fact that if your tuned for it (above 9-10 psi) and it stops so does your engine. I am running 96-97 octane with torco accelerator, can't take octane out of the tank. The kit has a huge IC too so iat are not going to benefit a ton from the water/meth.

Check out Works turbo for a upgraded turbo for the kit. I wouldn't do a fast intake on that setup. Its just not worth it.

The monster catch can has a shorter delay , 1-2 weeks so order it now instaed of waiting last minute .

I didn't mention to him that I have a turbonetics kit . I didn't know there was a special braket.

If you run more psi ur gona need a bigger fuel pump , the zl1 pump drops right in . I just did my turbo kit

Well personally, I bought the JBA midpipes without any high flow cats. I have the stock exhaust manifolds and the borla arak catback system. When I installed these JBA midpipes my car was insane loud. I don't mind loud at all but it sound like an old 350 silverado with 1.75'' exhaust. It made a shotguny backfiring noise everywhere so those lasted 40 miles. Keep in mind the borla atak catback is aggressive so that didn't help matters. I then decided to use my stock cats and gut them so the chambers that the cat filament sat in would act as resonators. Surprisingly this worked but this took a long time, many pieces of steel rod had to be bent to get it completely clean. There really hard to get perfect but you have to get them perfect because any chunk left in there is going through the turbo. I used the steel rod, compressed air and a borescope to inspect the inside. Finally got them clean and it took the majority of the pop out, if you have stock mufflers should be perfect then. I am changing to the borla s type because after my cam the pop is back pretty good.

You have an ss right? Your sig says 2lt

I thought tye monster oil catch can was only for cars pushing crazy hp and boost...

I was told a special bracket was needed cause where the catch can usually hangs is where the tube ffrom tye turbo to intake is located

And I own a 1LE I believe it has a bigger or more performance fuel pump that tye regular SS

What turbo Kit u have ?

You have the zl1 fuel pump stock, should be enough for the kit configuration but not enough if you plan to run high hp. I can take a picture for you where I mounted my monster can, it is tight but fits like a glove.
