If you haven't already, get out the lug wrench and jack so you can flip the wheels side to side and confirm BOTH wheels have the same offset.

Then the issue is the result of build tolerance and offsetss that push the wheels out too much.

The guide locates the sub-frame. It is next to impossible to install the sub-frame incorrectly.

It is still possible the alignment machine was off or the tech made an error. Double check it at the same shop of go to a different shop. Be sure to ask both when the machines were last calibrated by the MFG.

If the wheel company won't help you out you can locate a machine shop and have them mill the hubs down to bring the wheels in.

What size rubber?

Michelin Pilot SS 315 35's.

How much room can I get out of the milling the hubs?

if one side is out 3/8s is it safe to say that a total of 1/2 to 5/8s has to come off to stop the rubbing?

I hate to ask a dumb question but... Is the hub the hat of the rotor or the surface below that? Or are you speaking about the back of the wheel?

Thanks again for your help!!

The back of the wheel, the center of the wheel the lugs pass through.

a couple of millimeters is no big deal, but I think we are talking about 12 to 15mm. I doubt there is enough material to do that. How much do you think they have to come in?

3/8" would do it. It doesn't sound like much but it is.

You might be able to get that machined out. Contact the wheel company and ask them exactly how much material can safely be removed.

Another option would be to switch to 305s.
