UPDATE::: Getting Shak1ra to actually talk instead of communicating through phone.
So far the code is done. All I need is a good/cheap waterproof PA/Speaker for under the hood... Right now i'm looking at a motorcycle setup for $35 which looks promising. It needs to hook up to a 3.5mm jack. In case your wondering about power... its going to be hooked up to a relay and only turn on when my arduino wants it on.

Very nice project! I wish you had a 2013 so I could convince you the need to interface an HDMI and USB Touchscreen port to the Mylink screen so you can build a light better navcom using Android, Apple, or a Windows PC. It looks like you have those skills.
