What is the difference between climate control and A/C? To me its just a fancy name for a/c. Does it regulate the humidity in the car or something?

You set the temperature you want and it turns on and off accordingly to keep the car at the desired temperature. A/C just blasts cold air and you can control how cold/warm you want it but it won't regulate itself to any specific temperature.

Honestly, there aren't many little details that I want. I would prefer to not have heated seats since I can heat them myself after a little while. I might consider cooled seats (I can't do that myself). I would prefer to have an optional V8 for the V6 models, but I doubt that would be offered. I want a spoiler, 99% sure that will happen. Other than that, I consider all the niceties as being pleasant surpises. I'm buying the car for style and performance.

I'm gonna guess that it will be a seperate part that gets bolted on and will look almost identical to the one on the concept.

I dont even know what little add-on's GM even have, I guess Ill have to find out.
I did the same thing to my '02 Camaro. Removed the plug behind the radio that controlled both that and the DRLs.

One thing that is very important to me is the interior lighting. I love the ice blue gages on the mitsu eclipse. I also love the way the inside door handles on the new Malibu glow, the lights set the mood in side the car for me, especially at night time. Good lighting, gages, headlights, taillights, and any interior lamps, radio, extra touches like the eclipse and Malibu will go a very long ways with me.
The Malibu also has small blue LED's in the roof that shine down onto the shifter area. VERY nicely done. The Malibu just has fantastic ambient lighting.

I hate it, sometimes the wipers will go psycho and go extremely fast when it's drizzling and vice versa. Most of the other things that have been said I agree with. I do have a question...why do you want signals in the mirrors?? I know these come on GMC trucks...possibly Chevy trucks (in the form of an arrow) and my best friend's Scion has them on the tip of the mirror...but why is it necessary if their are side indicators? and I DEFINITELY want iPod integration! Preferably in the center armrest compartment...I just think that would be a nice place out of the way.
As far as the rain sensing wipers go, I would like them if they work properly, plus living in Las Vegas where it never rains anyways... it's just a cool geeky gadget I like.

The signals in the mirrors are a little bit higher on my "want-o-meter" because of the crappy drivers here (we seem to get all the rejects from California over here). I like the fact that a blinker is right there on the mirror because it stands out a lot more to drivers in adjacent lanes, anything that can alert the driver two lanes over that I am moving over at the exact moment he is deciding on moving over into the same lane is good by me. Plus GM seems to do the lights very tastefully, so... yah?

Have you looked into how much they cost to fix or replace when some inconsiderate driver parks close and hits them off the door with their side view mirror? We have so many careless drivers in this area that I am sick of repairing things that get broken in a parking lot. I may opt for the lesser repair bill that is sure to happen.

-Spoiler
if its like the one on the concept
-Headlights that turn on by themselves (for the life of me i just blanked on a better term for them... but they have sensors that determine how much light there is and if the headlights need to be turned on) just because I hate turning on my headlights at dusk.
pretty much standard on GM's

they seem to be pretty much standard with leather seats

A dedicated button for a garage door opener (so that I don't need to lug around the remote),
GM Homelink, my Monte has it(very nice), wifes GP doesn't
One I haven't seen yet....auto dimming rearview mirror, once again the Monte has it, Grand Prix doesn't(probably because its not the top trim level)...needless to say its somewhat missed when driving the GP.

O yeah, 400 horses and racing stripes like Bumblebee...
