During normal driving, very mild sound.During WOT it is very brisk.

Crowley was able to witness on more than 1 occasion the 427 car with our magnaflow system and can vouch it is a totally different sound,Very deep and not brash.

now...

1. was it 2.5" or 3" magnaflows???...
2. magnaflow resonator (cat-back) or ARH x-pipe (w/ magnaflow axleback)???...
3. magnaflow street or competition series???

Thanks !!!

but I still need to clarify... sorry for the trouble.....

1. ARH 2" headers
2. ARH high flow cats
3. ??? crossover
4. ??? size magnaflow mufflers

I am looking for what is in between the cats and the mufflers... and the size of the pipe after the cats. You can buy the ARH system with or without the xpipe and you can buy the magnaflow system with or without the resonator... furthermore, the magnafow comes in 2.5 and 3" pipe sizes... and street or competition series mufflers.

I trying to figure out which sounds the deepest at idle and adds the most HP... which one would you choose?

Do you have an auto....numbers would be about right for an auto....if not maybe the conditions were bad in your area? heat and humidity can affect results a lot, also the type of dyno

Andy hit it pretty much straight on. The car during regular driving with stock axelback sound ok not to loud or harsh. When you get on it, it gets louder and a little pitchier .. doesn't sound to bad at all though. I want to change this with a similar setup that Andy has on his 427 beast which he showed in this thread .. to me , it ends up with the perfect sound ..
