yea, but im more of a power adder guy, i would choose the supercharger over the stroker, especially because i already ordered it, haha

I certainly would not be going with 10psi on a stock LS3....I think 6 or 7 psi will last a long time...but you throw 10psi at it and it will not last nearly as long.

I am doing the forged internal thing over the winter, and I only plan to run 10-12 psi!!

thats what i am going to probabaly do as well, just my tuner said, if i do that, i might as well stroke it too.

when the car gets here, the L99 is getting the maggie that is otw and paid for.
then i wish to aquire another block for some serious fun, and i want to transfer the blower over. i know of a ls7 that got one head warped with almost no miles on it. a customer of mine didnt burp the cooland well enuf, and had to buy his customer a new crate. possibilities are on the horizon with this car.
i asked this in another thread. is the intake compatible?

I am also going with a stroker. A built LS3-427 under construction. Lots & lots of torque. And they sound great! Keep us up to date with your project.

dude you can get good 416 stokers built to your specifications for $5000-6000 all day long from sdpc. no need to do heads id do a cam and port throttle body

All motor on mine. 4.125" stroke & 11.8:1 comp. ratio + water.methanol injection = 650 + HP. So I am about maxed out for a good street car. Complete details in the Members Journal area, under Getting Ready For My 2SS/RS, RJT, part 1 & 2.

Everything will be documented in my Members Journal area...Engine build, Dyno numbers and track time. If all goes well the car will be entered in the LSX Shootout in Memphis this October. It will be raced in the True Street Challenge class, 10 second division.
