Dumb question, when the turbo and such is orange hot isnt it running lean?

Nope, that's normal.... I am going to mount a camera under the hood of my car the next time I run the mile, just to see how red my manifolds get at WOT for a full mile....

The back pressure of the turbo's cause a big build up of heat, hence the manifolds turning red... You may not see this in a short 1/4 mile run, but get on a long stretch and they'll do that....
