Since no one is willing to use this

I will just leave this here for y'all.

I have a Halltech because I like Torque with my HP and low temps.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next
Track fix.

Wow, it's been almost 2 days since someone asked which CAI is the best. Now we'll have to reset the counter back to ZERO again.

Do you have a specific budget to work with? I had a CAI on my 12' 45th SS, currently have a Rotofab on my 1LE and of the two I like the Rotofab but if I was going to do it over again I'd spent a bit extra and give New Era a try.

Just my opinion.....

Not a thing. Your splitting hairs on hp numbers that won't have much of any affect on a 4000lbs car.

Looks like K&N is one of the better performing intakes. Anyway, Vararam is a great intake. Due to ram air it will keep your intake temps as close as possible to outside temps while the vehicle is moving. And the non-tune version is less expensive than every other brand while making the same power if not more power.

K&N is absolute trash. Buy Roto-Fab, CAI, ADM etc. Oh yeah I almost forgot, buy it from Apex.

Cute avatar?

OP a meme we here was at the track, and was disappointed at the track last week. Go with a vararam or rotofab with a plastic intake.

I actually have a 3 month old Cold Air Inductions system that I am getting ready to switch over to a Vararam. Why? I was recommended the Vararam and after much research, it appears to be the real deal. It greatly lowers IAT and they've put a lot of research and development into the intake flow.
