No I don't want any more single numbers. I want a graph (screenshot) of O2 sensor 1 bank 1 and O2 sensor 1 bank 2 voltages. I want to see how fast they're switching. Use the datalogging software with your SCT handheld and record it on a laptop. The software is called SCT LiveLink i believe.

Might as well record your MAF too. We can check that sensor while we're at it.

MAF
valve 1736.00
Min 1701.00
Max 5617.00
Avg 1911.23
intake manifold absolute pressure
valve -69.00
Min -85.00
Max -29.00
Avg 70.32

Cleaned it also with MAF spray. EGR setup? Can it effect just one bank?

I called Ted and being that it ran fine before we think the same thing that it is not the tune. He can tune the lean bank but he does not want to hide a problem. I can understand that. There has to be something that changed. That's why I asked about switching the o2's left to right and see if the problem moves. What do you think of that? I am still trying to fine out about the egr being it sits so long can it have stuck and where is it? Thanks John

Please post a picture like my reply above. I want to see your o2 sensors and maf signals. Also. Check your intake for leaks after the maf sensor.

Can you explain how to post that and do you want just the o2 and maf graphs? I have them on two different graphs can I combine the two?

Bank 2 sensor 1 does not look right. It should look more like the waveforms for your bank 1 sensors. Slower full transitions.

Do another log and record your bank 2 sensor 2 as well. If its waveform looks right (like your bank 1 sensors), then swap your rear bank 2 sensor to the front and log again. This time add LTFT banks 1 AND 2. Also drive around on this log so you can get a better idea of how the trims look over different situations. If you want to cheat, just re-do the log like Ted asks for when you tuned the first time and send it to him to look over. He'll be able to tell you for sure if everything looks like it should.

If you switch a good O2 sensor into the front slot and your trims are still way off after driving it for a while, then you need to start looking at intake leaks, exhaust leaks, etc...

I can't tell if the bank 2 sensor 2 you recorded already is the right parameter or not. It almost looks like it's working right... hard to tell.

I have looked over all the data and talked with you about this, and as I stated there is an issue with Bank 2

This was the same thing I saw when veiwing the Logs.

This indicates, either fouled spark plugs, cracked spark plugs, bad wire, exhaust leak or vacuum leak on Bank 2.

Fix this get the LTFT with in 2% then we can make any tuning adjustments necessary.

As I said I don't want to cover the Problem that started after a Year of Running Well.

Just have to get your hands dirty and start the investigation
