yea i took them out because i frequently have to walk in the dirt before getting in the car, plus im in the rainy season. i would rather mess up the factory ones than the "CAMARO" ones

WeatherTechs for me. Made in USA. They clean up perfect and leave floor in great shape. Best mats I have ever owned. Almost indestructable. Only downside is my detailer likes to shine them up and they get slippery for a week but look brand new.

WeatherTechs even survied an Iowa winter and kept all that junk out of my 1LT. Still look brand new when cleaned.

I have giant, medium-gray rubber mats made by Goodyear. They are designed for winter but I use them year round. The fronts have sections you tear off to fit your car. There's even a portion you remove to fit a dead pedal, and it fits my 2012 1SS perfectly. 25 bucks

Weather Techs for the win! I have had them in my car for 18 months now and they work awesome for keeping all the GA mud/dirt/dust out of my carpet, and I live out in the sticks on a 3/4 mile dirt road, so as you all can see I track a lot of dirt into my car, these mats collect it all up and I ocassionally empty them out.
Once I move to Vegas I dont know if I will still need them, but I probably will, I will just shine them up I guess.

I ordered a set of the factory GM mats you have pictured first. I like the looks of them even with the rubber insert, however my only complaint is that the black carpet on the mat is lighter than the black carpet that came stock in the cars - maybe that isn't the case in 2010-12 Camaros and its an exact match, but the color isn't exact in my 2013. Hope this helps.

Awesome, thanks for the replies everybody. Looks like there's positives and negatives for each, which makes sense. But, I never thought about how difficult it could be to clean those rubber parts. Honestly, that would drive me nuts. I'm going to stick with the ones from the ChevyMall. I have a 15% off coupon, too, which helps a little. I really like the look of them a lot better. And I'm not really concerned about wearing a hole in them. I only drive my Camaro 4 days a week, and I never wear dress shoes. I've never worn a hole in any of my vehicle's carpets, so I doubt I'll start doing that with my Camaro.

Anyone want to buy my OEM mats?

Mine's the standard black/charcoal color. My Camaro is a 2012 if that makes any difference. I saw where somebody mentioned they think the color might have changed in 2013, I think. Not sure if that's the case or not, though. PM me if you want them. I'll sell them cheap, and they're like new with no stains or wear on them.

While I can completely appreciate the purpose of the WeatherTechs, I don't think they're for me, honestly. I just really like the look of carpet versus the rubber mats. And I had rubber mats in my very first car, and I just didn't like it. My foot would always slip around the floorboard if it was raining or whatever.

Thank you for the advice, but I really want to stick with carpet.
