Thanks guys. I just installed a new craftsman opener and my kids are old enough that I set the sensor height to protect car bumpers (it can be moved when I sell to meet code). I am also in the middle of remove the 2 gen RODEX from the late 50s and installing new wire, lights, switches and outlets.
