Exactly. Problem with most stick shifts is being able to "hook up" on this track unless they have race tires. I got him off the line, but he was charging hard and got me at the end. A 1/4 mile race would not have been close at all. I ran that race at about 8.9. Only mod to my engine is a cold air induction, but I think I have a strong motor because I can beat most of the stock Camaro's down there. Heading over to the race shop today to get started on my supercharger. Got the rear bushing kit and Pfadt rear trailing arms on the way.

Just do it. The first time I went I was nervous as hell. I did not want to screw up in front of everyone. After the first run I could not get enough!
