I initially started with mine when the car had been sitting in the sun for a few hours. It was easy to get it started.

One thing to look out for is when the vinyl starts to get warm it will want to stretch. So what you want to do is start on one side and when the vinyl starts stretch move to the opposite side of the label and let the other end cool down. Take your time.

When it's done there might be a little residue from the label. Use some appropriate interior cleaner and then use some conditioner and it will look perfect.

So thats what all this is about, airbag stickers???

We stopped at a lot yesterday to look around and a young salesman comes out and says " There is freeze on all the camaro's, you can't test drive them and I can't sell them".

We were like, yea right whatever thinking it was some sales bs.....................

Warning!!! If your air bag sticker starts to peel pull over immediately! Do not attempt to drive the vehicle. Have it towed until a long term fix has been devised.

I guess the lawyers have officially taken over. I can't believe they won't even let people test drive them because some cars have peeling stickers.

Are they afraid that what appears to be a good sticker may fall off in the middle of a test drive and the driver may forget the car has air bags, pull over and grab the nearest infant and strap him in the front seat and then drive head on into something? Yeah, that sounds like a plausible scenario.

The attorneys haven't taken over - but the Federal Government has strict rules. We're not happy about it either - very costly.....but those are the rules..........

These warnings get put on things because some dipstick did exactly what they should not have done. We're not allowed to decrease our numbers naturally. We must be told how to do everything. It's the liberal way.

I ordered a 2014 yesterday; they said it would be here on Thursday (Coming from another dealer) they said nothing about this so hopefully this has been fixed. I would really hate to have to wait longer to get my car because of the Airbag sticker

Heard about a guy once who peeled the tag off a mattress and spent 5 years in prison.

BTW, what's the net HP gain for pulling off a perfectly good airbag sticker?

I tried removing mine 4 years ago and it didn't look like it would work so I just stopped. Didn't want a messed up looking visor with a partially ripped off airbag sticker. I tried heating too. Just wasn't worth it.
