430 HP * 0.15 Drivetrain Loss = 65 HP

430 HP - 65 HP = 365 HP Give or Take.
He had enough common sense to notice something wasn't right and to search in the proper places for answers.

The car also could have been modded before he got his hands on it?

I thought that the purpose of a forum was to be able to ask for help or advice without being chastised.

pretty much every LS3 dyno chart I have seen has been well over 365....

It's funny i love the people who have to find a way to knock something or someone down.. blaming the dyno not believing the OP.. He has documented proof of a Dyno pull .. if you took 3 pulls and each came out different then ok .. you can get an average if someone thinks it's high.. Then you get the guys who get pissed cause it shows its faster than their cars.. Thats awesome that you got those numbers.. Dam..!

Yeah but the OP even said the numbers were not SAE corrected so I'm sure there were no hard feelings.

How? Because of a number on a screen?

As stated #s are not SAE

A basic explanation from the Corvette forum after a quick Google search:

SAE is what everybody uses to come closer to "apples to apples" comparing runs on different dyno's, different weather etc. STD always seems to report higher numbers, some like that if they are looking for a number and don't admit correction factor used.

There is a formula that you can use to get you corrected #'s the way they should have been reported. If your dyno run was saved, the operator should be able to give you a corrected file/printout. However afterwards, I'd still stay away from them since they are artificially inflating numbers to many unsuspecting customers.
