On Sunday I've got plans as well, so I'm going to keep it Saturday August 8th for all of us. I have not been to the Four Season's Hotel in Palo Alto but are you recommending it for a good photo opportunity?

Cruise wise, I have two ideas for really great drives and afterwards having lunch/late lunch.

The Cruise areas will either be San Jose Almaden backroads to Morgan Hill with and lunch at Red robins in Morgan Hill just off Cochrane Road.

or

Saratoga Highway 9 and stop at the famous Alice's Diner in the middle and make our way to Half-moon bay and back down 280 towards home.

both drives are really sweet and I think most have tried the Highway 9 so i'm partial to the Almaden road, which is more of a country hillside drive but close to home for all of us.

My personal favorite route (althought it's from north bay...)

92 from 35, 35 to alice's (four corners)
84 down to hwy 1 and hwy 1 back to 92, to 280.

South bay route =

hwy 9 to 35 all the way up to 92 to 280 and back down to saratoga

I just found out I have to work on the weekend of Aug.8-9. :( All I can say is let not waste time planning another cruise weekend!!!!!
