So on the non RS lights the headlights acts as the DRLs, are you saying that only the LEDs will work as the DRLs then and not the headlights?

ya the leds work as the drls. and then at night everything comes on. but its all on ur light nob switch in the car. u make the drls come on during the daytime by turning the nob. if you leave it on auto lights (on the nob) then the drls wont come on by themselves during the daytime. you have to turn the drls on by twisting the nob over one. but at night everything will come on by itself if left on auto lights. i hope that all makes sense hehe
o and it didnt come with instructions but its pretty simple. its all plug and play besides the drl part where it taps into 2 different wires and then ur all good to go.

I don't understand how that works that way. So you are saying if you leave it in auto nothing is on in the daytime? What wires did you tap into for the LEDs? Do your parking lights come on any time the LEDs are on?

o wait i forgot that they have a vid on youtube that shows you how to install these exact lights and it shows the wires u tap into. here ill post the link for you

So the LEDs are really tied into your parking lights. I think I would hook them into a seperate switch or a power source that is hot any time the engine is running.
So do you lose your regular headlights as the DRLs?

the only thing thats my drl is the led light strip. i didnt like it on the stock ones where the drls were ur regular headlights. its suppose to be just the leds not the whole light

thank you u can use your factory stuff if u have a non-rs. im assuming the rs bulbs are different idk.
