That's exactly what I want on my Camaro. Like, when I imagine the car in my head, I see THOSE wheels!

Unfortunately, being a 17 year old high school student, it's about 6 times too expensive.

Hey guys, sorry for the delay, I'm ramping up my time on this board between this and putting the race car together.

I have weighed one set of stock 20" SS wheels here so far and they were 63.1 lbs each for the front with a OE tire and 68.3 lbs each for the rear with OE tire. That is ridiculous if you ask me.

Now weights on these are going to vary slightly depending on size and finish that you go with but take a 20x12 wheel that I would build for a Z06 and you would be looking at roughly 22-23 lbs for the wheel and I think the OE tire is around 34 lbs which would put you at 56lbs for a rear, making it a little more than 10 lbs EACH side lighter. Now I don't have official weights on the stock wheels just yet, just going off of the specs for the rear tire what it should roughly come in at.

From my time here at LG, 10 lbs of rotational mass is about equal to 8 Hp at the rear tires...not to mention off the car, and un-sprung weight so there is going to be a multitude of benefits here than just looks.

I have to check with ForgeLine on Monday to see what all we can do. I know of a number of 18" wheels that will work, so I don't see a 19" being a problem at all.

I know we can get an 11 or 11.5" wide rear wheel with stock body work, and they are working on fitting a 12" with a 325, but you can safely do an 11" with a 315.

ForgeLine Motorsports is run by the son of the owner of Dayton Wire Wheels. Dayton Wire was sold a couple years ago and ForgeLine is now the family's main focus.

Between father and son they have well over 35 years experience in the wheel business and they are based right out of Dayton Ohio, so if you are close ask Scott for a tour. Tell him Anthony from LG sent you!

...and I'm asking how much that wheel, as it appears in the picture, will be for 19" and 20". PM me if you don't want to post publicly.

Thanks in advance.
You sure can. Just talked to the guys at ForgeLine this morning and we can build 18", 19", 20", and 22" diameters.

So far the absolute largest they have done is a 12" wide rear with a 315, but that is VERY aggressive.

Have they tested the fitament of the 19" on the SS (caliper clearance)?
