I, too, have to wait due to $$$. Also, I too have interest in a possible top dog model. I might have to get some accessories now too!

I plan on getting mine the first year, but will wait long enough for the dealerships to be willing to deal. I'd like to hold out for a gen V motor, but I love the car too much to hold out for another year, although if we get word that it will be available when the convertible is released I would consider it.

As soon as I test drive the auto and manual to check them both out, I plan on placing my order. Then the day after that Chevy will release a new engine for the 2011 models

Three's a growing crowd on this boat.

I'm going to buy in '13 and may buy a '14 model. So the car will have been on the market for a little while, enough time I'm sure for all the kinks to have been eliminated. I'm 95% certain this will indeed be my next car unless something else seems to fit the bill better, and I plan on keeping this car into the non-single phase of my life (which is probably 10 years from now). When I have kids I'll garage it and get a Caddy (a car for daddy).

Been there. The day after I ordered my ipod Apple released the one with the color screen. Such was my introduction to the horror that is the Apple ownership experience.

Porbably how it will turn out for me too. As long as they haven't changed the styling by then. Also I plan on keeeping this car for as long as possible, and if I get kids they sure as hell are being driven to school in it. Just to spite all those Volvo owners
