yeh, I rented a Hertz edition stang GT when they were renting them. I feel sorry for the guy who bought it.

Look at it this way, if there was a weak link in this car it will have already been tested. I don't buy into the rental beating idea as these cars have rev limiters and a margin of safety built into them. Besides, it'll still have warranty and if your really concerned buy extended warranty and go enjoy your new car. There is no guarantee that a brand new 0 mile car won't break down, that's what warranty is for.
