I just don't understand WHY anyone would want to de-badge their Camaro. I love the Chevy bowtie...because I'm proud of Chevrolet. As for the ZL1 badge...WHY remove it? I love everything about it and proud to let everyone see it.

Just my two cents....

get lupe at river city creations to paint them for you - he does really great work.

Check out his work: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=149690

I have painted bowties - (not shown in my signature) they turned out really great.

Personal preference. I like the cleaner look and it makes polishing, waxing, washing easier without things to grab the microfiber.
As for the ZL1, I would rather people have to wonder what it is.

Now if I can only figure out what to do with the front bowtie...
Someone makes a front bowtie delete but it looks a lil cheap. The only want to really do it right is get the delete and work it in with body filly and paint the front grill a flat black. Also be careful using a heatgun - you can damage the paint.

Here is a DIY guide I created: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showpo...1&postcount=25

Dental Floss or Teflon fishing line is even better (will definitely cut thru hands). Heat it up first. I didn't and getting the goo off took forever. I painted it black and keep thinking of putting it back on, but every time I hold it up there I decide... Nahhhhh... Like it clean and mysterious.

They were done when I bought it but they appear to have been painted. Also, here is a front puck.
