Talked to salesman today, car was built on 7-25 and shipped on 7-27. Should be at dealership by friday.

Picked up mine yesterday vin 28816 Black 2SS / Autp / Sunroof / Polished Wheels waiting for the stripes to be installed before I post the picks (Next Tuesday)

Florida is finally getting ours. #28555 shipped 7/24 arrived in Tampa last night.

Should ship to dealer tomorrow!
I totally understand the frustration w/ the dealers.

We paid full MSRP (or more), didn't waste their time test driving before w/ put down our $ and probably knew more about options and packages than they did. Chevy finally has something everyone is excited about and many (no all) dealers acted as if your bothering them. I'm not asking anyone to kiss my SS, but w/ 40K invested how about a phone call ( Oh boy, now I sound like an X-girlfriend

).

Will do! The depressing part is I have look at a winter beater tonight before I look at the Camaro. :(

Just got back from doing all the paperwork. I was able to snap a few pics before they wisked it away for prepping. I'll pick it up tomorrow. Wow. Definitely an eye-catcher!

My car was unloaded from the railcar Monday, 4 days later and it still hasn't arrived at my dealer. To make matters worse the railyard isn't that far from my dealership maybe 2 hrs maximum time depending on weather, traffic conditions and other stops. My dealership is full of bumbling idiots, they haven't provided me with any kind of update or status change since I placed my order and put my deposit down back in April ! I have physically done more work than them which is sad. I know one thing though I will definitely NOT buy another car from them, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !!!
