As someone who MUCH prefers a coupe to a sedan, that G8 looks a hell of a lot better as a coupe than a sedan.

Maybe they should scrap the sport truck and make the coupe so they can actually make a potential sale outside of the el camino fanatics.

I say scrap the sport truck and bring the Coupe. It will sell way better.

Increadible....I'd take a look at one for sure.

I woudn't want it to hurt the sales either, but if GM is getting the $$$, so be it.

I hope they build it and price it as a BMW killer, not a competitor for the Camaro.

I'm sure that there are threads about this already...but I think GM should go forward with this car for sure! This thing is beautiful, maybe release it a year or so after the Camaro? I am pretty sure it would be a big success...i mean if they priced it right it would do AMAZING!....who else thinks they should make it. Definetely think they should make this instead of the Sport Truck.

Look up Holden Coupe 60 concept. That's what this is based off of for the most part.

I heard this is why Pontiac isn't getting a Firebird T/A variant...

From what I was told, The Holden Coupe 60 concept, when it debuted was far more along than just being a concept. It's definitely going to be offered in the Australian market, possibly as a revived Monaro nameplate or it's going to be a Commodore Coupe.

There's a lot of things depending on whether it's going to come to the States or not. And it'll either be called the GTO... again... (I hope not) or it will in fact be named the G8 Coupe...

I'm just relaying these words by the way...
