I have had the Street Slayer Twin Billet clutch in the car since November'ish and it is truely amazing. I am having a lot of fun with it.

My only problem now is to get the transmission synchros 1-4 gear replaced with something faster shifting.... Any recommendations pplz???? And will be going Redline MT ATF...

Thanks again for all the help Thomas and for a great clutch!
No problem bud! Thank you for your service

Whats the rating on the street slayer twin? I have a mantic 9000 series right now.. been having it for 30,000 miles, only complaint i have is that i DESTROYED a slave cylinder. i was told this was directly caused by the mantic clutch.. idk how true that is. Im now having bearing noise when in gear, when i press the gas, once i engaged the clutch it stops. throw out bearing? slave? not sure..

We see a lot of slave issues with the new Camaro when switching to a high performance clutch. We send out a heavyduty bearing with the Street Slayer and since we desighned the clutch for the 5th gen we took some of the load off the pressure plate. We rate the Street Slayer in the 5th gen,not best case in a 3000lb vette. While our rating of 650-800 for the twin my sound a little low again its rated for the car your putting it in. I noticed you are making over 900 rwhp, imo you wont find a twin that will hold the 4000lb Camaro with 900 rwhp, you would need our triple. If you don't dead hook the car then you could use our twin as I have over 800rwhp and use the Street Slayer rated at 750 but I always run my car on 22s.If I can help you out let me know,we may be able to use our hd bearing with your Mantic if its still good. That wont help if your having a slave issue but a bad bearing could have ruined the slave. Call anytime and ill be glad to help you out.

i dont ever dead hook my car, i always get on it from a roll. i only turn it up to 900 on occasion normally im around the 750-825 area. In my case would the twin carbon with the hd bearing do well or would you still suggest the triple?

The carbon is rated to 750, your turned down is still over the rating.I have the carbon in my car at over 800 hp but I won't be mad at myself if it slips lol.It has worked great for me with the 22s I never dead hook altho I can pull 1.7x sixtys. Its to hard to say what will work for you, if your on your 900 setting and have four people on the car and lug 3rd gear and nail it will it hold? hard to say.If I didn't do the triple I would do the billit it's rated to 800 and is geared for abuse. If you need anything give me a call anytime.
