I brake with the top of my right foot and blip the throttle with the bottom of the same foot. It has taken many years to get it right. I've yet to do a track day with my 1LE, but I rev match and brake on the street for practice. I will try to get a video with my GoPro in the next few days. I was talking to a guy I've know for and autocrossed with for many years who runs a C5 vette that he club races and uses for time attach. He told me he doesn't rev match anymore, he just brakes hard in to the corner and gets slowed down clutches in mid turn shift to the gear he wants then powers out I the turn. He was running 1.36 at Gingerman's long course a few weekends ago. What ever works I guess.

I've have not tried heel-toe braking yet on the track. As far as how I shifted on track with the stock pedals, I think I down shifted before the turns and just got it in the lowest gear before turn-in and then it lightly released the clutch (no gas) before I entered the turn.
