Then why keep selling a defective product? Simple answer. Profit margin. This car was rushed to market and who knows what a class action says. If the tops were retrofit, we as owners still have recourse under our warranty if still available. Just because you settle, doesn't mean you are exempt from future action. Depends on what the judgement says.
