Honestly if it was me, 295/35 fits on a 10" wide wheel, so I'd just do that if it was me, but like I said, if you don't mind compromising you can make wide fitments work. I've already done 10.5 up front on a ZL1 and it looked nice and beefy but I think that was on 275's up front if my memory serves me right, but if you add in enough camber and get the right offset, yeah you can make a 10.5 on a 295 work.

I run 295/35's all around on a 20 x 10.5 with no issues....

[QUOTE=ModBargains.com;7604927]Well preferably without springs. I know springs are very attractive given their cost, and often times look fantastic but if you want optimal fitment you need something that is ride height adjustable. This way YOU control where your car sits, and where you want it. There are lots of benefits to having an adjustable ride height suspension, I have a lot of Subaru customers and other guys with 4WD cars that drive their cars through winter, and they raise up their suspension during the winter for clearance, and then lower the car back down again in summer for their car shows. Of course that might not effect everyone here, but I'm sure some of you guys drive your Camaro in winter.

If I chose not to lower the car what offset do you suggest?

Looks like CF5's from your signature too right? Can you post a picture of how close the front and rear tires are to the fender? Not a straight on shot, but a shot to see how close it is to the fenders, so a shot from the front of the car, and one from the rear of the car to see how the wheels align.

If you're stock suspension then we would probably make it a bit conservative so the wheels aren't poked out the fenders too much. Honestly it depends on what your style is, what you want to see on your own car. Remember this is your hard earned money, so what do YOU want to see on the car? PM me if you want, we can go into detail

What tire size would you recommend for black OEM ZL1 wheels on an SS lowered 1" on megan racing coil overs? I currently have Forgeline GA3's installed with 275 nittos up front, and 315 nittos out back. Doesn't have to be a square set up. I'm interested in the michelin pilot power super sports.

285/35-20's front and 295/35-20 (105Y Ferrari spec) work well together...Jordan from JDP runs the 295/35-20's front and 315/35-20's depending on your wheel sizes....the rears will self clearance on the plastic inside liner if you run those on the back.

Here is another pic of my current set up...and if you're going really wide like a 295 or 305, it is going to stick out a little...

20x10 all the way around with 275/20 +23 offset. I think it looks great and the car handles well. My next set of tires will be 285's for even better grip.

We will be running 19x11 with 305 toyo r888 on all 4 corners of our project car and we will be able to swap wheels from front to back
Justin, what offset and spacer size will you be running?

Also, I'm running on stock suspension and stock ride height. Would I need to lower the car for this to look right?
sorry buddy!! I just now saw this post. did you pick up a set of wheels yet?

spacer size depends on the offset and wheel size you pick. We are running 10mm. eibach has some good spacers off the shelf. there is another company that will make any custom size you need, and they are high quality parts. can't remember the name. just make sure they are hub centric, 6061 or 7075 (the latter is preferable), and match our bolt pattern and lug size.

If your staying with 20's I wouldn't go larger than what So Cal Camaro has. I would for sure drop it a bit, but you don't need to. you will want to though

We are running a 10mm spacer. As far as offsets go, we were given the proper offsets for an aggressive set up like this by Dave and Steve Schardt at forgeline wheels. They put a lot of time and work into getting the right offsets. Give them a call for more info... Sorry, would like to help more, I'm just with the guys at forgeline on keeping their ET info on the DL.

Understandable! I know thats a lot of work. I have an idea of what I want to run for a rotatable, maximum width track setup, just wanted to compare notes. Look forward to seeing your build.

I am going to run the stock SS Rears all the way around, as a square setup. 20" x 9".

Will I need to use spacers if I go with a 275/40/20 or 285/35/20 around?
