Also, there's another cruise-in in Apex at the AutoZone tomorrow afternoon as well. Some of my classic car buddies are talking about hitting OT BBQ and maybe taking a ride over to this depending on the turnout etc.............

Would be nice to see a 5th Gen caravan tomorrow afternoon going down the road.......talk about turning some heads.

Are you talking about OT's BBQ or Olde Time BBQ?

Have you ever heard of OT's BBQ in Apex? It use to be right near that AutoZone. It is now called Daniel's Pizza and Pasta. Also what time is that AutoZone cruise-in...it is about 2 minutes from my house if it is the one off 55.

Now that you mention it, I think I have.

Yep, the new one near the little mall that has the Li'l Ceaser's, etc. I think it will probably start around 2-3 as well.

Okay thats the AutoZone a little farther away. But yeah OT's BBQ was my family's restaurant. OT was my grandfather. We still do catering occasionally and cook BBQ during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Are you going to Olde Time or AutoZone first? Maybe I will meet you at one of those and bring a pound for you and FI4TOMCAT if he wants one.

Around 2 or 3. I'm in Cary too as well. I think I'm going to go to the AutoZone first around 2 and see if anyone is there. Then head out to Garner. NC10RS, remember it is not the AutoZone near Beaver Creek Commons. It is farther down 55 past downtown Apex. Near the intersection of 55 and Highway 1.

Dang, I'm out of town this weekend or I'd join you. My 5th Gen's in Cary but I'm not LOL. I'll definitely go next weekend to Grill 57. Would be awesome to get a few together to cruise. Would certainly be a sight to see!!

Did yall go to Ole Time BBQ in Garner or AutoZone in Apex? I was at Garner about a half hour ago with about 7 5th gens can a few older models. It was a big turnout. But they said they might head up to AutoZone in a bit. They were waiting for one more to take a picture. Head up to AutoZone around six and they should be there if you can.
