HEET will do nothing since water was sucked in through your intake and not sprayed in from your gas. Small amount of water in the intake can really affect how an engine performs. Since you did not suck in enough water to hydrolock the engine, you steam cleaned your combustion chamber. Isn't there a cover or an outerwears that you can put over the filter to keep the water out?

Dude,If you live along the gulf coast...
I would get rid of that Injen Intake set up. Your engine definitely sucked in some water but fortunately you got lucky this time
