Yep the wing is totally functional and adjustable.

Yes I saw the pictures, that doesn't help with how you actually did it. I can see that you hollowed out the main backing area in the grill but I don't see where you got the chrome outline and where you got it or how you attached it since you hollowed out the black backing where it clips in

Actually i didn't do it myself.Let me ask my friend how did it and i'll get back to you !

Very nice! I'm usually much more in favor of function rather than flare...... Most of your flare is very functional.
