We would get 22-24mpg. I drove all highway, roughly 400 miles a week. I only filled up once a week.

I've been very pleased, my daily commute is mostly highway but I've been averaging 25 and 26 if I can keep my lead foot under control haha

If you can wait a year the 2016 Camaro is going to be smaller. That should also make it lighter. I wouldn't be surprised if GM adds more fuel efficiency and power too. A 2016 V6 would be a pretty good choice.

it's not that hard, these cars don't get that great of gas mileage. if your sitting at a light you can literally watch the MPG average slowly drop. unless of course you have the SS. that seems to get anywhere between 25 and 30 mpg according to the people here

When they tested the v6 for MPG were they testing on an LS? LT? 1 or 2? does it matter at all I mean I would think so since different packages offer different car weights and tires make a difference too....

I was averaging 22 around town here in Vegas(a lot of stop and go traffic......mostly stopped) with my 12 hardtop 1lt
So far with the vert, I am getting around 18~19 mpgs, however the engine is not broken in yet, and I have the larger Pzeros compared to the 18s on mt 1lt. Plus I have the top down all the time, so I thing that contributes to the lower mpgs as well

I average high 19's to 20 tops on my LT. It has 1600 miles. I heard somewhere the mpg gets better as you out more miles. I'm hoping that happens.

75-80% FREEWAY, the rest is mostly backroads, hardly any real city driving.
Summer avg is about 27mpg

Overall average on my 1LT automatic convertible is 20 mpg after 20,000 miles. Highest I have seen is 29mpg, lowest I have seen is 15mpg....Your mileage WILL vary.
