The guy who sold me my 1SS says they are getting one in September. Approx. $75,000. Said he'd call me when it arrives and could probably get me $35K for my car in trade.

If you are not going to actually track the car, and I adore and LOVE the new Z/28, it's just not a buy that makes sense for anything everyday.
Now, a garage queen and bragging rights, yeah!

I agree I love the Z28 for what it is. But ill happily drive my 1LE for now, it's the perfect blend of comfort and track performance.

If that dealer really thinks he's going to get $105K, he has now moved the car into GT-R territory.
Unlike the Z/28, the GT-R isn't stripped down. Its a full car with all the amenities. That is a cross shop the camaro is going to lose 9 out of 10 times.
