MBRP system was very well built, and easy to install. You guys can do this in your driveway with a set of jackstands or ramps, and some hand tools.

Here is how: http://www.planetlsx.com/tech/How_To...0_Camaro_SS/95

Should be the same for a V6!

some of the video cameras on the other exhaust videos are not good the slp camera seemed like it got overloaded and it was windy that day, and the borla exhaust vid was taken when it was windy outside to

this is on the my list of good exhaust systems

To each their own, but I really wasn't a fan of it at all. I know a lot of people love it, but so far I like the Corsa and SCRMN's exhaust. This MBRP is a serious contender as well.

YES the sound is VERY GOOD.........

What I don't like :
#1 Their price is much more then a better made MAGNAFLOW system of the SAME type. MAIN REASON is they DON"T want to Discount it much......only 10%...........
#2 The way it is made on a AXLE-BACK system : Magnaflow has 6 hangers that are SHAPED (To help keep them in place) like the orig. ones. SLP are just straight rods, UNLIKE on any other systems I have seen. AND they only have 2............UNLIKE any other system around.
Also Magnaflows Mufflers are welded to all pipes (more labor) should cost more.
PLUS magnaflow gives you much more pipes ( should cost more also) Their Axle-back goes in front of the axle (Like it or not) You get MUCH more for your money.
But Magnaflow at this time does not have a sysetm for the V6 (only for the V8) Like the SLP W/ the smaller ROUND mufflers.
Don't get me wrong I like THAT SLP system............
I would buy it if was less than the Magnaflow.

But at their price I feel you are getting taken advantage of !!

LESS LABOR, LESS MATERIAL (Pipes & HANGERS)....BUT MORE COST........Makes no sense !

..........
IT should cost LESS than the Magnaflows NOT MORE, SLP cost APP. $150.+ more fo a same type Axle-Back system.............( with Discounts that ARE now avail. )

The MBPR guys posted pricing for this kit on another Camaro forum today or yesterday. The cat-back kit (discounted) was listed as something like $875 or $1025 depending on the type of stainless you choose (plus shipping). Sounds good to me and is my current frontrunner!

Looks like we need to run a group buy ... If we got 10 systems, we could give you guys a great price!! Shoot me a PM if you're interested and I'll get to work on the details.

Wow. Im impressed. I had told myself that I was gonna save up and then maybe go for an exhaust next spring, but at that price it makes me think twice lol.

I still have a few questions though. I know corsa advertised their system as not having much drone. Even though this system sounds similar, I'd be very interested to know how their system sounds inside the cabin at highway cruising speeds. (yes I know the video shows in cabin video...but still not entirely clear.) Guess some things you just can't know without bein there in person.

#2 What is the OD of the tubing for the V6 ?..............V8= ?
#3 what is the OD of the V6 tips ?............................V8= ?
#4 Can I see actual PHOTOS of the V6 system ? ..... If so Where ?

Thanks

Well, I'm interested, but my car won't be built and delivered until mid to late Sept. Can we float it that long?

I am also interested and already talked to Kris about it a little. If I can piggy back on this group buy and have it installed at the WPB store I am game. Only concern is Drone. Anyone have this system installed yet?

Edit: Oops I was looking for the V8 post.
