I used be a line supervisor for a tile manufacturer but now I'm the QC tech and couldn't be happier. Same pay without the stress.

Only been out of college since 2006 and have been jumping between mechanical engineering/design/production and building automation systems ... currently doing a mix of design/project/production engineering at a company doing custom high pressure compressor systems for naval/industrial air and gas applications ... but was actively recruited by an architectural company getting into the building automation scene; due to my experience, by showing me the money!!! So will switch again in a week! Haha
