Pricing is very competitive with "the competition"... Send me a PM if you would like some info as I'm not allowed to post pricing outside of the classifieds section.

Yes. Actually removes half of it in the throttle blade area. Bubba beat me to it

Yes he completely disassembles them down to a point, cuts the front of the shaft, cleans them up, then reassembles. He then changes the OEM screws to hardened hex bolts, then reinstalls with a loctite. This effectively increases the cross section of air allowed in without changing the diameter of the inlet. Changing the actual diameter would mean intake porting and a bigger blade which would GREATLY increase the cost. Maybe one day i'll get Ryan to let me spin the rollers again to see what the gains are.

Since i'm not a vendor, I can say that pricing is about the same as vmaxx. I won't step on Jason's toes since he's the one selling them and I haven't talked to him about pricing. A quick PM will sort it out though.

Thanks for posting that up! Bo know's what he is doing. He works on the assembly line for a premium car manufacturer, and is a certified machinist.

So is this isn't actually "porting" the throttle body, but more along the lines of modifying it... is that correct?

It is ported, along with the "half shaft" modification axis went into detail explaining in his post.

Go back and read my other posts. I just explained the modification in that response. Yes they are ported as well.

I would bet that the modification alone would yield noticeable gains. The porting is a bonus. I know because I tried it myself. I screwed up the throttle body (vacuum leak from over porting), but my car felt 200 pounds lighter with it in versus the BBK. I am really leaning towards selling my BBK and buying a new ported TB from Bo now.

If you still have your stocker, send Bo the BBK one and see what he can do with it. I've talked to him about them and he said he'd have to get his hands on one to see what up.

Lingenfelter and ADM have been removing a lot of what Bo is doing for years now. I had a lingenfelter and a ADM tb both were done the same way. Also I'm not sure what the pricing is on Bo's but it was pretty cheap through the 2 vendors.

Do you mean they were removing them from cars and replacing with their own? Or do you mean they do them the same way?

sorry for the confusion. they were porting them the same way. I want to say it's $95 for the porting or at least that's what it was when I had a few done.
