I live in Ohio, another that requires it, I've used the "holder on b/o" several times, got my plate in a ziplock on the dash, doesn't obstruct the view. It's worked on my 93 pacecar sinse it was new.

I am in NY, a must have front plate State......I ordered the swift, motorized plate holder. I will take pictures when I get it installed by the weekend!

go with the show n go plate. i have them for sale cheaper then swift. also i recommend taking the time pulling the bumper off and cutting the grill slots to fit it right in. now i am talking the bottom grill so it slides up to its original area. would show pics but i still have my car at the shop getting done for sema plus my front lower grill has been removed. it will take some time but would look great and be hiden better then the vids you saw on here earlier

my GOD do we get random responses... there is NO ticket he can give... no front plate is a secondary offense ONLY in WA.... yes its required, but unless you were also speeding or making an illegal turn, he can't do shit.

Can you cite the RCW section that states this? I've done some searching and don't see where it is listed as a secondary offense only. RCW 46.16.240 specifies that it unlawful to have only one plate, but doesn't say that it is secondary only. I'm also having trouble finding documentation of the penalty, but if it is really $210, that's crazy. That's more than DOUBLE the penalty for displaying an altered or borrowed or invalid plate!

i've put 3100 miles in a little over 3 months and drove around seattle all day saturday and never got pulled over, i know i'm probably jinxing it but if i get a warning or ticket i'll use the back order thing and then order one of the options to mount it without messing up the bumper

I live in Nevada and have been driving almost two months with no front plate. I got pulled over last night for speeding....

I got a ticket! The cop didn't even look if had a front plate! The Cop said nice ride you know what I pulled you over for???

Been driving my toy in Oregon for over a year, the car is Oregon born in 96, the original owner didn't get stopped he was a Deputy sheriff at the time, the second owner was stopped twice, she jumped out the car asked the OHP where?, she never was cited.
I am waiting for my first stop. Then will see what happens.
