Wow that's high. I tried finding it online where there wasn't sales tax, but I couldn't find a place that carried it and didn't charge it.

Just told one of my co-workers that I had got one and his reply was he felt sorry for me

Late to the thread...I was on a road trip to Vegas, and didn't have time to respond to this until now.

I have a SP2. I love it. I do travel with several computers (a Macbook Pro, the SP2 and a Laptop that is for gaming).

I use the SP2 a lot of the time because it's the most portable, and is easily used in bed for reading (Kindle software). I plan to get a SP3 at some point.
