From a mustang guy....BE HAPPY. lol. Your going to have one amazing ride. And like they said its a personal choice for sure! i'd take a 2010 camaro over a 2010 mustang. But i'd take my 05 mustang over both, the reasons vary but it all boils down to prefernece. This world would STINK if we all drove the exact same thing. I'm all for it and thrilled in general about all the american muscle out there now!

I had a kid in a pretty nice Mustang pull up next to me at a stoplight a week or so ago, motion for me to roll the window down, and then tell me he loved my car. Personally, I wouldn't trade my Camaro for a new Mustang, but it is just a preference thing.

I think all the American muscle is cool, and I always give a wave, nod, thumbs up, etc to nice Mustangs, Challengers, and of course other Camaros.

My neighbor across the street is a die hard Mustang fan and has one in his garage - a definite Ford enthusiast. He walked over last night with a buddy and had nothing but awesome comments about my car. He actually said he thought it might be the best looking car on the road right now. I almost fell over.

I think real car "lovers" regardless of brand preference really see the awesomness of this car. It is undeniable GM hit this one clear out of the park and real car ppl know it.

Don't let the haters tear you down. They are NOT all like that.

i don't get that but everyone keeps saying "a camaro? why do you need a camaro?" i don't NEED one, i want one jack ass. yes i have a great car right now, but i'm single, no kids, and have the means to be able to afford the car i've wanted since i was 9 so why not get one? it's so annoying. are they just jealous that they can't get one too?

edit: this edit has nothing to do with my post, but my signature. i've never had one before so i don't know why that's there. that's my craigslist ad LOL!

But I didn't care back then and I still wouldn't today..
i don't understand why the manual makes it cooler? i read this all the time and absolutely don't get it. 9 times out 10 i beat a stick shift vehicle, in my automatic.

Get what car you want not what your friends like. I drive a Mustang GT right now and am about 8 weeks from my SS being delivered to me. I am really excited about it. They will be parked right next to each other in the garage!

Who cares what your friends think of your car? If I drove what my friends liked I would be driving a Civic.
