I find that cars.com will give you the most hits (for a nationwide search - you have to select "all miles") over autotrader.com or Edmunds.com, but I would still utilize all three for searching because they don't all track vehicles the same. I find that if you include "SS performance" in the keywords to include, you will have results that way too.

Oh, and I prefer utilizing their "advanced search" feature, you can vary your search based on your specific criteria a little quicker.

And again, they have no clue why those options are even on the car.

I had two salesmen checking out my car during my last service. They both were commenting on all of the "accessories" that I "added". Everything they were pointing out (minus the tinted windows and including everything you noted above) are part of the "1LE" package. They just don't know.

First, great choice in the 1LE I got my 1SS/1LE/NPP/Recaros June 2nd 2014 after ordering it April 15th. Prior to that, every day for 5 months or so I checked cars.com, autotrader, ebay, and searched for Chevrolet dealerships within a few hundred mile radius of my hometown. And don't forget about Becky from Rodgers Chevrolet, she usually gets a fair amount of 1LEs.

Ultimately, I just got very lucky in that my local Chevrolet dealer received an allocation for a 1LE, and my salesman from a prior Chevrolet Traverse purchase knew I was hot to trot on a 1LE, especially a 1SS with the above options. I was not going to buy one unless it was EXACTLY how I wanted, and my patience paid off.

The other posters are leading you in the right direction with how to search for one. I usually did the advanced search first and you can narrow it down to 8 cylinder, manual trans, etc. But I noticed too that some dealerships had the 1LEs listed as auto trans ( I noticed this too on Rodger's website on one particular 1LE) so after you feel like you have exhausted all avenues, look outside the box and look some more. As mentioned, do a search all with no specific criteria, but be prepared to sort through lots of cars

Jack Schmitt in Ofallon, IL

I went into the dealer to order, and this one was already enroute to the dealer. So I took this one.
