I sure hope you paid less for the 04 that was six years ago and alot lessor car. Besides ,didn't you know what you were buying when you bought it? If I don't like something about a car I don't buy it and then rip it apart later. You bought it knowing the price and knowing what it had. So, live with it or get rid of it.

Could care less about the C&C, but got the RS package instead. $30k total is about right..go aftermarket for your needs.

You could easily order the components that are leather wrapped and swap them out....

I really don't intend this to be a bash of any sort. So let's get that out of the way first off.

When you went in and ordered your car, it is your responsibility to know exactly what you are ordering. It is also the dealer's responsibility to make sure you have ordered what you wanted.

Now, having said that, this all comes down to being an educated consumer. I did one heck of a lot of research before I went and placed my order. I knew exactly what I wanted when I sat down and did that. I also made sure that the Workbench order was for exactly what I wanted.

Lastly, if you had done that, then you would know what you were getting. This isn't an Eclipse. The only thing these two cars have in common really is that they have one door on each side of the vehicle. One is a hatchback coupe (unless it's a convertible) and the other is a coupe.

Either way, to me the Camaro is still a better vehicle in comparison. You, I am sure disagree with that. and that is fine. No disrespect.

As the saying goes: Caveat Emptor!

That's what i'm talking about. If they sold the 1LT with all the bells and whistles than i'm sure that's what everyone would have gotten. You gotta pay to have what you want.

If you're unhappy with it, I'm sure you could sell it for at least what you paid.

Yeah you all are right about the power I do like driving this car more than the eclipse I had. I am just being nitpicky I guess. I may add the leather shifter and wheel later because I thought about ordering the four pack gauges anyway. Does anyone know how much the gauges are to order?

My wife specifically got the 1LT because she's a crazy animal rights person and refuses to have any leather. That trim was almost perfect for her. She was able to upgrade the sound system, wheels, etc.

The only thing she wasn't able to get was the bluetooth/USB because it's included in the C&C package with the leather. If I ever figure out a way to add that option, the car will be perfect for her.

Not everyone wants the same options. If you wanted the options from the 2LT, than you should have gotten a 2LT.

I wouldn't waist your money on gauges. They are cheap and don't work that great. I only have them because they came with the package.

Really sounds like you didn't you homework on the options available on the car you wanted or you couldn't afford the options. Once the car hits event 3000 you can't change the order. Its not the dealers fault, its the person who ordered the car...that being you.

Keep bringing it back until your satisfied that the sqeak has been fixed. Maybe you should have bought the 2LT???
