What do you have, and what additions did you do that they copied? I see that is a 201 SS, but what color, etc..

It sucks when someone has the same looking mass produced car, eh? In all seriousness, if you want some exclusivity, buy a more expensive car.

I had the first iom camaro in the area. First thing I did was change the white stripes and emblem's to black and paint the stock wheels black. Not two months later every camaro driving or at the cruise night had black rims either gloss or flat. I wasn't happy at first thinking (can't I have something for myself) but kinda got over it. Until recently when car lots started doing it to every camaro they had so I decided to go aftermarket best idea yet.

I'm not saying that it isn't a popular car or anything of that sort. I haven't done tons to it. It was simply a question since it seems to be something I hear quite often. Aside from the fact that, each step that I take seems to be mimicked it was more of an open ended question. I'm not feeling one way or the other. And mostly car people that see my car all the time are the ones saying it. I guess I asked the question to see what the opinion is on it, nothing more. No tantrum. No rage. No suing. At the end of the day, it takes something simple like an upcoming move to be the "only one" but I was curious.
