this is one great way to protect the leather seats and at the same time enjoying my ride with my dog .. do you have any other suggestions other than neoprene seat covers ?

I'm looking for a set myself, I like neoprene. Unfortunately I cannot find a single company thats willing to cut a set with white material. Im half tempted to give up. Leather is nice and all, but not in 100 degree Georgia heat, so Katzkins and other options are a no-go. :(

I have had neoprene seat covers before in my dodge dakota truck that I used to enter in shows. They are great fitting, made for each vehicle and don't even look like covers. They hold up great, are waterproof and washable. I plan to eventually add a yellow / black set to my my front and rear seats. Like you said, it brings some color in the cab.
As far as the individual who thinks they would be uncomfortable, not at all. hell living here in Florida I would much rather have them then leather seats.

Same. I got seat covers and they make life a lot easier for regular cleaning. Hey when your dog is your compodray he has got to enjoy the ride. Not to mention he loves the sunroof.

I purchased neoprene covers off ebay about 1 and 1/2 years ago. I love them and they still look as good as new.
