No tickets in my ZL1 but my passport built-in unit has saved me a time or two.

I've owned a lot of performance cars, including the current ZL1, and I have not had a ticket in over 20 years.

Knock on wood, I'm still clean with my ZL1. Over 2 years and I haven't been stopped for anything in the ZL1.

Above means nothing without saying how fast youve driven.

How Many ZL1 Owners On Here Have Not...

None yet but I've only had it 6 weeks.....lol

I'm on double secret probation, have 2 sitting on my record for another 18 months that I got in my CTS-V. One was legit 75 in a 55 and had just came down from 90.

The other was BS. It was a week after I got the one above so I was behaving. Driving to TX2K13 droning along with the cruise set at 83 on I-10 in the middle of nowhere (Wilcox AZ). 75 posted not a car in sight, totally clear weather. AZ DPS pulled me over and wrote me. Those suck....

I went to St. Francis Prep High School on Francis Lewis Blvd.. That was another great place to pound the throttle.
The GC near St. John's though...you don't want to mess up there (there's a big NYPD station near there). You can get away with a short spurt here and there, but its always the good romps that the cops end up stopping you at.

None in the ZL1 but I've only had it since April. I got two in 13 and one last April in Germany rolling through a small town.

I think it has a lot to do with where you drive. Southeastern Wisconsin (work in Racine) is horrible so I count one ticket every three years as normal but I've had years where I get multiples within months. When I lived in Atlanta (3 years) I never got one. Funny thing is that it doesn't affect my insurance.

Like many, I drive whatever V8 RWD car GM offers at the time.

None in my ZL1. Might be a different story tomorrow when I pick it up from ADM :-D. Haha

Picked up 4/28/12 and no tickets. Not bad being how I'm a ticket magnet.

My adventure last year!

Received a citation from a motor unit for 26 over the speed limit. He was being the typical motor cop. I had a long conversation with him after he wrote the ticket (don't say anything while being written up, it will jeopardize your case, and he or she will remember you) about extending "professional courtesy" and low and behold he didn't show up on the court date, case dismissed!
