Thanks! After they have time to set, I'll probably take them off and give them a good buff to make them pop!

Its a big difference. I'm actually working with Casey to perfect this type of process. We're using OEM paint so its different than the usual paint (thicker). The clear coat really makes it pop nicely. I do think a 'buff' @ the end will make it more like glass. I see me as the guinea pig' here so once its finished, I think anyone can look @ this as an option (speaking of the wheels -- bowties are easier for sure)...

that looks nice! I've always wanted to do that in Black, but never really thought it'd look good ... now after seeing this I'm gonna do it, and paint the barrels black too.

I do have a photo of that in black -- it rocks -- but I wanted the RJT color. I can see the blue, synery green, IOM, etc really standing out too. I will say, its a bit more work since you have to do two tone. Casey and I have worked out a 'template' way to reduce the some of the clean-up. I can't wait to do the buffing on it so I can make it 'sparkle' ;o). They look great now, but the final touch is what will make it.

I can't wait to see what other's come up with. It is a viable option instead of buying new wheels -- you can change the paint/color anytime -- as long as you like the wheels themselves...

Make a photoshop (or GIMP if you need 'free') of your color -- that will give you an idea -- take the image I have in red and just apply your color (in shades of course ;o)

They look great. I'm curious to see how the red would look with black faces.
