I was one for painting on Rallye stripes. Now I have seen so many I might keep my Camaro plain, because plain seems to be less common then Rallyes or any type of stripes. I would almost bet that 75% of Camaros I've seen have some type of striping. I now find myself thinking as of late that Rallyes are now over done.

I have this color, too, and I have to say that I get as many compliments on the COLOR as I get about the CAMARO........people are totally "blown away" by the RJT....

My brother just bought a Chevy Equinox with the Cash for Clunkers program and ordered the RJT based on his love of the way it looks on MY car...
So far I'm in total agreement with you. I've had just as many people compliment the color choice as they have the car.

If I were to get stripes I would definitely have them painted on.

I agree about the amount of rally striped cars that are around which is why if I went with stripes it would have to be something different.

Thanks for everyone's input so far. I just received my inserts for the rear quarter panels and my bow-tie black outs today. I just don't like the gold bow-tie against the black grill and RJT color. It takes away from the front IMHO.

How about some ghost silver metallic painted? I think that would be pretty sharp too.

I do have stripes and love them

However, RJT looks good all on its own.

I love the RJT cars either with or without stripes but if it was mine I think I would have either white or silver PAINTED on. I think the vinyl makes them look cheap IMO. I'm getting a VR and planning on either painting gloss black or white stripes on.

White stripes would really "POP", but I love that color either way.

Looks great as is but I am most likely going to go RJT with black stripes, these pics pretty much sealed the deal .

I'd say leave it plain, and if you find yourself getting bored ... Stripe It ....
